It could be simply that I am old-fashioned. Or perhaps it is the fact that I am not the stereotypical, sports-oriented guy. But when my school has a Senior class semi-formal, gosh darn it, I want a Senior semi-formal, not a football party.
And that is exactly what some brilliant dumbass decided to make it this year - a "dance" aimed at jocks who wouldn't come to the dance because apparently it was schedulded on the night of a big football game for our local team.
Jesus. If you're some mindless, testosterone driven twit, fine - stay home and watch the game. Just don't ruin this once-a-year event for the rest of us.
