Meanwhile, my throat still sucks

So, Mrs. Morgan - I'm assuming, because I can't imagine anyone else taking the trouble to look for her - apparently googled herself and stumbled upon my AITT entry, so she's got a pretty good idea of what I think of her.

Has ever a day been more blessed?

Alas, yes, for every day has its mark.

So, a new girl has started working behind the bar at the country club. She's so not the goober that Michael is (long story short, Michael was recently hired part time but will probably get the shaft since he's middle-aged and inexperienced and makes Al Gore look like Richard Simmons; a combination that doesn't mix terribly well in the field); she's young and cute and single and charming and confident and single and totally fun to be around and always smiling and single.

You know what that means, don't you?

That's right.

She's competition. Girl's going to steal my hours.

For the first time ever, I bought clothes from The Gap today. I feel terribly dirty, but it's tough to beat a $13 pair of decent pants.
And because I'm practically obliged to mention Her at least once in every entry, I bought Her a new head unit - the Alpine 9833. Magnifique.
